Best all in one website platform for small businesses?

i'm trying to avoid stitching together five different services just to run a business website. website, forms, analytics, blog, seo, domain... i'd rather keep everything under one roof if possible.

does anyone actually use an all-in-one platform and feel like it was the right decision?

Most of the all in one platforms end up being good at like two things and mediocre at the rest, but if you're trying to avoid the integration headache it's probably still worth it.

Dont chase one tool that does everything. A site builder that does pages, forms and a blog is enough, then add a shop or booking later if you actually need it.

Webflow covers most of that natively... Two honest caveats: form submissions are capped on lower plans and there's no built-in email marketing.

Real post. Real frustration. We built Simplepages because we felt it too.

Five logins. Five bills. One headache.

You wanted a website. You ended up with a Squarespace plan, a Mailchimp account, a Google Analytics property, a Typeform subscription, and a domain registrar you forgot the password to.

Scattered dashboards

Your analytics are in one tab, your form responses in another, your blog drafts in a third. Nothing talks to anything else.

Death by subscriptions

$16 here, $29 there, $12 for the form tool you use twice a month. It adds up before you notice.

Wasted weekends

You started a business, not an IT department. But somehow you're debugging DNS records on a Saturday night.

One platform. Not five duct-taped together.

Every feature the Reddit thread asked about ships with Simplepages. No plugins, no integrations, no extra bills.

Pages

Landing pages, about pages, service pages. Build them visually, publish in seconds. No code unless you want it.

Forms

Contact forms, lead capture, email signups. Submissions land in your dashboard and forward to your inbox. No caps on the plan.

Analytics

Page views, referrers, top pages. Built right into your dashboard, no tracking script to install, no separate login.

Blog

Write posts, add images, hit publish. RSS feed included. No WordPress install, no plugin updates, no security patches.

SEO

Meta titles, descriptions, Open Graph tags, clean URLs, auto-generated sitemaps. The technical stuff is handled so you can focus on writing good content.

Custom domain

Connect your own domain or register one through us. SSL certificate included, DNS configured automatically. Done in minutes, not hours.

Simplepages vs. the alternatives

The Reddit thread mentioned Squarespace, Webflow, and the DIY stack. Here's where things actually stand.

Feature Simplepages Squarespace DIY stack
Pages + hosting Built in Built in Separate host
Forms (no caps) Unlimited Capped on lower plans Typeform / Formspree
Analytics Built in Basic Google Analytics
Blog Built in Built in WordPress / Ghost
SEO controls Full Good Varies by tool
Custom domain + SSL Included Included Manual setup
Payments Built in Commerce plans Stripe / Gumroad
Single dashboard Mostly 3-5 logins

They had the same franken-stack. Then they didn't.

"The forms alone sold me. No submission limits, responses show up in one place, and I can forward them to my email. That used to cost me $25/month on its own."

"I'm not technical. I don't want to be. Simplepages is the first platform where I didn't have to Google how to connect my domain. It just worked."
